Some fix

Hey Guys!

We made a some fix:
- you can use 2 controller and keyboard with this layout:
    left: a, left
    right: d, fight
    hit: left ctrl, right ctrl
    jump: left shift, right shift (+ space)
- splash screen, because we forgot that
- music loading bug
